Liebherr-New Zealand Earthmoving currently has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant. Based in East Tamaki and reporting to the Senior Branch Administrator, this role is responsible for managing front-of-house, providing bright, bubbly customer service and assisting with general administrative duties as they relate to the Division.

Key Responsibilities:

· Reception duties
· Accurately prepare and process invoices
· Account reconciliation
· Opening, close and collate Service jobs
· Booking and coordination of travel
· Assist with monthly reporting
· General administrative tasks as requested

The successful candidate will possess sound communication skills both written and verbal, have effective time management and organisational skills coupled with a sound working knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel. Candidates should display a strong commitment to workplace safety.
