Responsibilities

Lead of the Product Management Teams at our engine development and production sites in Colmar (COC) and Bulle (LMB)
Manage the product portfolio and lifecycle process in all diesel and gas engine applications from market analysis to product out-phasing
Set up the strategic product program planning, including the product management roadmap
Lead the requirement management process for new product development projects
Conduct market and competition analyses (benchmarking) and ensure product profitability by defining targeted costs and target margin values
Analyse upcoming trends and product technologies (scouting and technology radar), drive and develop our Business Unit strategy for Digital Products and Services
Lead Engine`s configurations and options management in close collaboration with internal partners

Requirements

Master Degree in Engineering (preferable in Mechanical Engineering) and in-depth experience within the gas and diesel off-highway engine business
Long-term experience and proven success in managing teams in the field of product management or engine development in a matrix organisation
Business Administration knowledge in costing and calculation, strong entrepreneurial attitude
Excellent skills in English, written and spoken, are mandatory; fluency in German and/or French would be highly advantageous, willingness to travel on the job is required
Intercultural competence, high degree of autonomy, strong analytical and communication skills, target orientation, flexibility, outstanding networking skills and capabilities in developing teams
