What you'll do

·  Own the end-to-end recruitment process for from requisition to offer
·  Post job ads across internal and external platforms, ensuring we’re visible where it matters
·  Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews, always keeping candidate experience front of mind
·  Use active sourcing to build strong pipelines and respond quickly to hiring needs
·  Work closely with our Employer Brand team to support attraction campaigns
·  Manage relationships with external partners
·  Manage Contract Creation for candidates

What you'll need

·  Experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment
·  Previous experience of working in retail would be advantageous
·  Strong organisational and communication skills
·  A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
·  Confidence using ATS systems (SuccessFactors experience is a plus!)
·  A passion for delivering a great candidate experience
·  Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving
·  Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently within a high-pressured environment
