Our Procuremet department is at the heart of our Real Estate team delivering value across the business, driving cost savings, enhancing supplier relationships and supporting strategic decision making. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented graduate to help deliver high impact Real Estate projects that make a difference.

The Lidl Procurement Graduate programme allows you dive into a variety of complex and rewarding projects. In this role, you will source, purchase, and manage the delivery of all equipment, fixtures, and fittings required for a retail space - ensuring everything is in place for the store to operate effectively and meet brand standards. You’ll follow a structured 23-month training programme, designed to build your expertise and confidence as a future retail procurement specialist. With on the job coaching and exposure to real world challenges, you’ll develop the skills to lead projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

·  Managing projects in the procurement sector
·  Source, purchase, and manage the delivery of all equipment, fixtures, and fittings required for a retail space
·  Ensure all equipment is in place for the store to operate effectively and meet brand standards. 
·  Coordinating and overseeing tender processes, negotiating, contracting and implementing service level agreements
·  Conducting thorough market research to ensure we are competitive in our approach
·  Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining supplier relationships
·  Preparing summaries, overviews and project status documents for senior management personnel
·  Acting as an ambassador for Lidl when dealing with 3rd parties

What you'll need

·  A minimum 2:2 degree awarded in 2024, 2025 or 2026, but must be graduated by September 2026.
·  Possession of a full UK driving licence by 1 st February 2026
·  Already live, or happy to relocate, within a one-hour commute of Lidl GB Head Office, Tolworth, Surrey
·  To be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis
·  A passion for the Procurement cycle!
·  Be a strategic, innovative thinker that can come up with tangible solutions
·  An excellent communicator, effective negotiator, and confident presenter
·  Good attention to detail and able to manage deadlines
·  Willing to travel both nationally and internationally, including occasional overnight stays
