As a Lidl Procurement Administrator, you’ll be essential to the smooth running of our Store Fittings team. From processing invoices and raising purchase orders, to preparing reports and conducting research for our project managers, you’ll develop your procurement and administrative experience and sharpen your attention to detail. You’ll enjoy a dynamic environment where you’ll see the impact of what you do every day, working within a supportive and friendly team.

What you'll do

•    Raise purchase orders for the team
•    Process invoices for our multiple suppliers
•    Create PowerPoint presentations
•    Process emails and calls
•    Prepare and manage data using Excel reports
•    Arrange travel and meetings
•    Conduct research and analysis for project managers
•    Liaise with suppliers and maintain relationships with Key Account Managers
•    Set up user accounts for the Procurement Department
•    Process the administration of Procurement related topics and tasks

What you'll need

•    Administrative experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
•    Some previous experience managing invoices is highly desirable
•    A strong multi-tasker with excellent organisational skills
•    The ability to prioritise deadlines proactively and accordingly
•    Great experience with full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
•    Excellent communication skills, adapting communication to different stakeholders
•    An unwavering eye for detail supported by good literacy and numerical skills 
•    Motivated and proactive with an attitude to learn and develop 
•    German skills are beneficial but not essential
