Our Warehouse Construction Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Consultant to join their team in the London Office.
You will be involved in the maintenance of the refrigeration systems across our warehouses as well as various stages of new built projects, modernisations, and extensions of our existing property portfolio, ensuring the highest standards and deadlines are met.

What you'll do
· Support in M&E & Refrigeration planning and project management across various projects incl. new build RDCs, extensions and projects in existing warehouses.
· Carry our routine site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
· Request, review and approve reactive repairs required across our warehouses.
· Support in tendering, appointment, and contract management.
· Assist in management of refrigeration service contracts with assistance from external technical specialist.
· Coordinating and managing reoccurring meetings amongst internal and external stakeholders.
· Review service contract and project milestone payments.
· Managing and maintaining service tracking software to ensure tasks are complete on time.
· Compiling and analysing KPI data.
· Evaluating performance of service contractors.
· Generating reports and presenting to internal stakeholders.
What you'll need
· Educated to degree level or equivalent in either Engineering, M&E or Refrigeration.
· Experience in related role in Construction/Engineering
· Experience in managing service contracts on various sites is desirable but not essential.
· A willing contributor ready to assist in rectification of failures.
· A full UK driving licence and flexible to travel across the country when required.
· Professional accreditation (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
· Organised with a pragmatic and analytical approach with attention to detail.
· A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
· An excellent communicator who can communicate confidently with people at all levels of the business
· A team player who can perform tasks independently using their own initiative
