Job description

We are looking for the following position within the General Affairs department:

Facility Officer (facilitair medewerker)

As Facility Officer (facilitair medewerker) you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality facility services in the areas of: safety matters and access control,general maintenance, lease car management, health & safety (BHV), reception, catering, security, cleaning service, telecom and supporting of marketing departments in case of workshops and small events. Lease car management will be an important part of your daily activities.

Other working activities will be:

• 
  Support management in facilityrelated activities, including but not limited to contract negotiations;
  


• Support the execution of cost management, control and checking of re-curing costs;


• 
  Execution of all Facility related administration (controlling facility invoices);
  


• 
  Ordering of facility related matters, such as: office supplies, maintenance materials;
  


• Continuous quality improvement of Facility services;


• 
  General assistance to the Facility Team Leader and back up for other team members (flight booking);

• 
  MBO+/HBO degree, preferably in Facility Management/Hotel Management
  


• 
  Two to four years working experience in a Facility Department in a similar function
  


• 
  Fluent in Dutch and English both written and verbal
  


• 
  Advanced user with MS office
  


• 
  Preferably a valid BHV license
  

• 
  Customer orientation
