Poste et missions:
The role of the VIE Junior Project Manager (PM) is to coordinate the project activities with the core project team and the plant team, to interface with the customer to share the information about the project and to report key issues and indicators to the management.
He will be responsible for the Project Planning, Profitability, Investments, Resources in order to meet the Leoni’s and the customer’s requirements.
As the project will be already launched in mass production and stabilized, the main focus of the VIE Junior Project Manager will be on:
1/ following the technical modifications on the product with the project team (from the technical description to the application in production and the quotation)
2/ tracking the profitability of the project thanks to actions defined by the PM of the development & thanks to a good monitoring of the modifications
In this experience, he will have the opportunity to develop management, communication, and problem solving skills in a structured industrial project environment.
The mission is based in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. Eventual business trips will be organized according to the needs of the mission. An initial training period in Montigny-le-Bretonneux, Paris area, France will be valuable.

Background:
Technical / Management Master’s Degree or equivalent
Fluent in English, Spanish & French.
General knowledge of project management, industrial production and profitability aspects
The ideal candidate will have at least an experience (internship) in a plant or an industrial environment.
