Location: Swiss Cottage, London
Legacy Property Consultants is a start-up boutique property consultancy dealing with a small selection of high value clients, lettings and investments properties in north west and prime central London.
The property manager & administrator will be in control of the day to day running of the lettings, sales, investments properties in the office.
They will liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and officials to maintain the smooth operation of tenancies and refurbishments.
We are looking for an individual that will help with the general office administration, an organised and sociable individual with an eye for detail. A successful candidate will prove to be competent at any general administration task that is likely to be generated in a small office environment.
The role will include a variety of tasks such as:
• Producing documents and reports
• Recording Minutes to meeting
• Maintaining management information system (i.e. CRM)
• Dealing with telephone and email inquiries
• Maintaining and restocking office supplies
• Other duties as assigned
• Overseeing the work of the interns
• Filing
• Referencing (Lettings)
• Renewals (Lettings)
• Property Management (Lettings) (for a small portfolio of under 10 properties)
• Tenancy Progression & Tenancy Agreements (Lettings)
• Office Management & General Administration
• Registering applicant’s details
• Ensuring e-mails are responded to in a timely manner
• Maintaining the team diary

• Be computer literate - specifically with the ability to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook
