Trainee Mortgage Advisor, Telephone Based

Location: Blackburn, Lancashire
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 basic, OTE £35,000

Working from our office in Blackburn, you will be required to contact various databases, generating interests in mortgage and insurance products. Working closely with fellow colleagues, you will develop product criteria knowledge to pre-screen the leads and book home visits for our Nationwide Mortgage Consultants.

The right candidates will be given a comprehensive two week initial training, providing you with an in-depth knowledge about the Company products, systems and processes.

The key element of our personal development training is to offer new employees the chance to gain a firm understanding of the Mortgage Market. Working alongside our Industry Specialists, you will be developed and guided through your CeMap Qualifications.

Skills/Experience:

• Experience in the Financial Services is beneficial

To be considered for any of these roles, it is imperative that you hold a minimum of 2 years Telephone based sales experience.
