Palais des Thés launched its US operations in NYC in 2011. Since then, Palais des Thés has established a large, sustainable and fast-growing B2C & B2B business, both online and through the foodservice/hospitality (hotels, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, etc.) and retail (grocery, department stores, gift shops, e-retailers, etc.) fields. About the position
This position is a key member of the Palais des Thés team in the USA. You will split your time between creating and/or managing all marketing & digital marketing campaigns of Palais des Thés and actively coming up with new ideas to further develop the brand’s awareness and customers’ base in the US. You will work closely with our HQ marketing, communication and e-commerce teams in Paris (France), as well as with our sales and operations teams in NY. In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in all marketing & digital marketing aspects of a growing, international business.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree minimum, or BAC+5 minimum
- Past experience in marketing, digital marketing, communication or business development a plus
- Excel in time management and independent prioritization of tasks
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written/oral communication skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience in marketing and/or digital marketing
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Create and manage products campaigns for the website
- Create and manage newsletters
- Manage digital marketing campaigns through agency (eg affiliation, emailing etc)
- Manage on-going website improvement projects with HQ team and/or agency (eg website
content, SEO projects etc.)
- Create and manage PR campaigns, building strong relationships with journalists and bloggers
- Create and manage social media content (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Develop and manage online/offline events, sponsorships & partnerships
- Create and manage trade marketing tools and projects to support sales teams
