Purpose

The HCM Fusion Application Analyst will be integral part of the HRIT Team, responsible for the ongoing design, configuration and maintenance of Oracle fusion cloud application, specific to Core HR, Position Management & ORC Modules. Partner with the business teams to capture the requirements and formulate into a functional design and execute it. Steady State/Application support experience is mandatory.

Overview

·  Develops functional specifications document based on the user requirements.       
·  Respond to & Analyze the customer issues and requests within the company SLA.                               
·  Understands how to set up HCM configurations. Thorough understanding of the ESS & MSS transactions. Person Management & BPM worklist knowledge is required.
·  Assists maintaining the configuration and do mass updates/loads.
·  Knowledge on scheduling tools like – CONTROLM is a plus.
·  Creates and updates the process documents.
·  Facilitate discussions with technical resources to translate functional business requirements into technology solutions and ensures successful delivery.
·  Run/Monitor interfaces and resolve issues associated with data.
·  Assist with functional testing, validation of changes, and coordination of user testing.
·  Basic troubleshooting of BI Reports Extracts and OTBI.

Qualifications

·  Four year degree in IT or related business area or equivalent work experience
·  Total 2-4 years of experience in Fusion Core HR, Position Management, ORC. Any experience in Taleo is a plus.
·  Expert in Fusion version 12/13, ESS & MSS Transactions, Business structure maintenance, BPM Worklist & Approvals understanding, Analyze the release notes for QP’s & support in a steady-state environment (production support)
·  knowledge of HDL load templates is mandatory. Intermediate expertise in BI Reports and Extracts – Troubleshooting.
·  Experience in setting up HCM configuration (LE, Business Units, Department etc.)
·  Experience writing use cases, queries, test cases, and test scripts for Fusion HCM applications
·  Experience leading functional reviews with business partners, including facilitation.
·  Knowledge in OTBI, HDL load templates.
