Dutch speaker - Recruitment Consultant - Business Intelligence (BI) / Data & Analytics


Basic salary £20k - £30k (negotiable) OTE £30-60k plus + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join and grow our Enterprise business in the BI / Data Analytics space in the Benelux region. It’s a huge opportunity for someone to come in and work for the top biller in the business, you’ll be mentored and developed to grow into either a people manager, business development manager or account manager depending on your individual strengths and career goals.

Taking over a warm contract desk this is a great opportunity for an experienced consultant looking to further their career in London or someone of Graduate calibre, looking to start a career in recruitment. The Role:


  • 360° Recruitment process
  • Building and developing relationship with new and existing clients

  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
  • Cold calling, business development, market research

  • Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates in a telephone-based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements

  • Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high quality professionals

  • Networking & maintaining a strong relationship in your market
  • Working against targets and deadlines
