Contracts / Compliance Officer
We are currently looking to hire a Contracts/Compliance Officer Administrator for our growing Operations team to support our rapidly expanding business.

As an ideal candidate for this role you will be a recent graduate, preferably in law or business studies, have an eye for detail and focus on results. Commercial experience in a fast paced environment would be advantageous although not essential.

You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and amending contracts often under tight deadlines
- Working with the business on a global scale, you will be liaising with The General Counsel, Compliance Manager and Directors acting as an advisory to agree commercially sound outcomes
- Managing our growing contractor base
- Completing regular internal compliance audits
- Ensuring contractor and contract compliance
- Liaising with Sales Team on new placement processes and ensure candidates are fully compliant
- Implementing new structures and work on continuous process improvement projects in regards to contractor compliance
- Staying up to date with legal developments such as AWR concerning contractor compliance
- Liaising with and validating payroll companies
- Managing our online timesheet software, authorising timesheets, advising clients and candidates how to use the system
- Additional project and ad hoc support to the wider legal department, including direct work with our General Counsel
Key skills:
- Ideally Law Degree level, LPC OR BPTC graduate or Legal Executive
- Ideally experience in a similar role within a recruitment agency, commercial organisation or busy commercial department of a law firm
- Process / best practice driven
- Proactive communicator
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently and towards deadlines
- Interest in legal topics and processes
- Willingness to learn and progress
In your role you will be reporting to the Head of Compliance and Contracts. Ongoing training, support and career development will be provided.
