Laundryheap is an on-demand startup revolutionising the laundry and dry cleaning industry. Customers can easily book a pickup using our website or app - we pick up their clothes, wash & deliver everything clean 24 hours later.

Operations excellence is the key to our success and we are looking for motivated team members to join the Operations team. Your work will have an immediate impact on the customer experience and overall performance, so your ability to see problems before they arise is essential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-- Manage operations on daily basis (customer and logistics).
-- Provide live support to customers, drivers and facilities;
-- Investigate, resolve and respond to all customer enquiries;
-- Manage real-time logistics system, drivers and orders;
-- Optimize operations and logistics;
-- Monitor & report KPIs.

YOU:
-- have excellent writing and communication skills.
-- have a customer focused attitude and great attention to details.
-- love learning new things and solving problems.
-- love helping others and work good in a team, while being able to work independently under limited supervision, if needed.
-- are fluent in English (written and spoken).
-- can work weekends and evenings, by rotation.
-- work well under pressure.
