Marketing / Canvassing Internship - No Experience Required plus Bonus

We are Central London based Estate Agency. Currently, we are willing to add to our team of
experienced sales people, Canvasser, who will support us in reaching our sale targets.
We have a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate to join a young and vibrant company in London!

A successful candidate will be responsible to bring property instructions in our books, contacting
Landlords, Vendors, Sellers, Management companies.
Duties that the successful candidate will be responsible for include:
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Negotiating offers with landlords

Required Skills:

• Experience in making cold calls, negotiation and closing deals an advantage.
• Must be a strong communicator, both in written and spoken.
• Should be well organized and accurate
• Must be goal oriented and self motivated – driven by financial rewards.
• Flexible for early morning clients and late ones.

This is Full Time position however we can accommodate part time individuals with a high network of landlords.

Please note: This is a commission only role. For successful candidates we can offer a basic however the majority of your income will be earned through performance.

Candidates should expect to earn between 500 - 1000 per property bought into the company with a target of 6 deals per month.
