This is a full time role on a shift pattern working 5 days over 7.
To acquire videos from submissions posted across the Group relevant social media pages and websites (namely Facebook). To ensure the best content is being posted across the Group social media pages to drive engagement. Compiling analytics and KPIs.
To meet set targets for processing and tagging videos and other media content submitted to the Group
Meet set targets for verifying and acquiring submitted videos
Increasing usage of videos on the Group’s social media pages and websites
Increasing usage and distribution of videos by the content licensing team
Compiling daily analytics on usage of video across the Group’s social media pages
Processing and tagging of submissions to the Group’s platforms
Ensuring all videos, when and where available, are signed up
Building effective and engaging relationships with the submission community ensuring all queries are replied to within set time frames.
Collaborating with all content teams to continuously increase usage of submissions
Identifying popular subjects for compilations
Collaborating with the licensing team to increase the maximum potential value of submissions
Identifying videos to meet the licensing team’s briefs
Compiling daily analytics
Reporting directly to the Partnerships Manager on a daily basis to provide an overview of conversions, analytics and statistics
Experience within a sales/target driven background
Experience of building relationships within a work environment
Strong communicator over phone and email
Strong attention to detail
A target focused approach
Ability to prioritize and develop with the growth of the company
Highly organised and proficient in Microsoft Office
Polite and professional approach and looks to represent the company well at all times
Business related degree level educated
Understanding of the legislation surrounding content acquisition
