Job description
The Supplier Performance Assistant reports directly to the Head of Sourcing Performance and works closely with the Supplier Performance Manager based in Panama.
The Supplier Performance Assistant will contribute to optimizing supplier relationships and fostering collaboration between the company and its key suppliers. He / She will act as a bridge between Lacoste’s internal teams and the Suppliers.
Vendor Management:
· Assist the supplier Performance manager in the implementation of the Supplier performance Scorecard throughout all fives Suppliers tiers to be delivered on-time, within scope and meet objectives.
· Provide support in monitoring supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
· Support the supplier performance manager to lay out better the current scorecard processes
· Analyzs supplier data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Analyse Suppliers’ performance evolution and consolidate corrective Action Plans with operational teams.
The Project Manager may also be required to :
· Conduct research on market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supplier relationship management.
· Collaborate with CSR global Project teams to define Lacoste Durable Elegance KPIs for Tiers 2/3/4
Other duties:
The Project Manager may also be required to perform some ad-hoc tasks:
· Enhance Suppliers’ relationship management via the organisation of events such as the Supplier Conference and Suppliers satisfaction surveys.
· Support on definition and implementation of sourcing processes
· Support on Contracts and legal documentation management
Desired profile
Internal/external background:
· Bachelor or master’s in business fields (Minimum level of education required: Licence 3 / Master 1)
· Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus

Specific requirements:
· Fluency in English is a must
· Fluency in French is a strong advantage
· Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese), and Spanish may be a plus
