Poste et missions:
In Australia, Mustela baby products are sold through pharmacies and one premium chain of baby store, Babies R Us. The Australian pharmacy market is a high potential market which displays quite strong similarities to the French pharmacy market in terms of structure and the role of pharmacy in primary health care (with the pharmacist playing a key advisory role in health care decisions and product selection) and the importance of the maternity hospitals and midwife recommendations influencing product choice.
The Product Manager will support the Marketing Manager in driving achievement of Mustela’s targets for growth, profitability and equity.
He or she will:
- Deploy and design new ways of reaching the brand’s targets and grow the brand
- Propose to the Marketing Manager impactful and creative launch plan and visibility campaign to initiate awareness, trial and repeat.
- Assist with the analysis of market data and competitive information and report emerging trends based on insight customers
- Assist in the implementation and follow-up of operational 360° marketing plan (specific to groups or national campaigns) in respect with the strategic marketing plan and budget
- Propose to the Marketing Manager and realize all the documentation necessary for the sales force and for the pharmacy group meetings
- Give supplier (pharmacy groups) support as required (new product submission forms, range parcel discount forms, images when required)
- Prepare the marketing tools for launches and promotions adapted to the Australian market.
- Assist with training tools for sales force
- Participate to the organization of events and trade shows for our different targets
- Manage any other operational support tasks
- Work alongside with the Marketing manager to plan and execute plan/communication media campaigns part of the 360° marketing plans
- Ensure execution of digital campaigns and activities: ad campaigns, social content, social community management, etc.
- Animate local website: comprehensive management of all aspects of website including back-office administration, updating website, optimizing AdWords and SEO to increase traffic
- Conduct KPIs analysis and produce reporting of digital performances including optimization recommendations to the Marketing Manager
- Coordinate with external digital agencies and Head Quarter digital projects
- Increase Mustela e-business footprint (increase online sales via Mustela e-retailer and oversee e-commerce site if required)
- Develop Mustela CRM activities
- Manage and develop Mustela relationshing with local influencers (bloggers), increase awareness and activate Mustela online recommendations.
Profil:
- A Business School or Master in Marketing degree with a 1st experience in retail / consumer care marketing and/or digital marketing
- Innovative, creative and hands on, ability to “think outside the box” and challenge status quo
- Flexible, Positive “can do” attitude comfortable working in a small structure environment. Takes initiatives
- Outstanding communication & organizational skills
- Excellent cross-functional and project management skill
- Written and spoken fluently English (mandatory)
- Bonus: in a growing Chinese environment, speaking Mandarin will be a bonus as well as any experience in Marketing with China.
