ORGANISATION
FAMAR Nederland BV., established in Bladel, is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company and within the FAMAR Group regarded as a Centre of Excellence for liquid pharmaceutical products. The FAMAR Group employs over 3,000 employees of which 150 are employed in Bladel. FAMAR stands for precision, quality and control and strives for continuous improvement, not only improvement products and their preparation, but also of production, analysis and organizational processes.
FUNCTION
As a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), Famar takes over production and service activities (“services”) from their clients. This is done on the basis of an agreement (contract) between both parties. In order to be able to meet the conditions as defined in the quotation, the so-called “Transfer-in” projects are carried out. The essence of a transfer-in project is to transfer the service in question from the client to the own organization. It is important to meet the agreed criteria in terms of quality (compliance with the Famar Quality Management System), money, time and medicinal regulatory aspects.
The Project Leader manages a multidisciplinary project team that is responsible for the proper execution of one or more projects as described above. Besides the above Transfer-in projects, the Project Lead can be made responsible for complex alteration or improvement projects of routine processes and / or systems (Change Control). The Project Lead will report to the Project Manager.
PROFILE
You have a Bachelor/Master or university, working and thinking level by training or experience (eg Pharma, Bio-Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or equivalent). You have strong affinity with business processes and an analytical mind. You have good communication and interpersonal skills, are financially aware and have demonstrable skills in managing project teams (coordination, prioritization, conflict). You also have a good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
(International) work experience in the pharmaceutical, food or (bio) tech industry is a plus.
