CDI - Content Specialist (H/F) (Native English Speaker)

Job description

We are looking for a native English speaker to be the next Content Specialist (H/F).

Daily tasks will include producing and reviewing all types of outward-facing content (articles, whitepapers, infographics, events, keynotes, etc.) to make sure this startup presents an expert, educational and visionary voice within our market space.

This role reports to the Lead Generation Manager and will sit as part of the Marketing team.
Based in Paris or remotely, you will work in a creative, exciting and demanding environment. You will take charge of content production internationally.

Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background.

You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. For this position, it’s also essential to be interested in innovation and new ways of working.

Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.

Responsibilities :
- Produce high quality written and visual content
- Work with third parties (freelancers, partners, customers) to deliver engaging content on a regular basis
- Edit, proofread and improve content
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Analyze web traffic metrics
- Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase lead generation, prospect activation and customer engagement

Desired profile

- Excellent communication and writing skills in English (bonus points if you can write or proofread Dutch and/or German)
- Proven work experience as a writer (bonus points if you have design skills to create visuals or experience creating engaging video content)
- Ability to explain complex concepts with simple words
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- SEO experience and web writing skills are an advantage but not mandatory (you are here to learn!)
- You are interested in the startup / tech ecosystem and you are curious to better understand the challenges of the different phases of a startup’s life
- You are interested in Management, leadership and future of work topics
