Job description
1) Your Role
We are looking for a high energy, results-driven, team-oriented Claims Analyst to join our rapidly growing Operations Team!
In this role, you will have the great challenge of managing a crucial part of our activity: claims and the insurance process. When an artwork arrives damaged at destination, it is our duty as shipper to take care of the claim process, by liaising with the receiver, the seller, the insurance company and broker, and our partners, to solve the situation in the best possible way. It is a key attention point for clients that such a process goes as smoothly as possible.
This role involves managing the whole claim & insurance process, communicating with our clients and partners, finding and coordinating repair solutions, and working on improving our internal processes & monitoring tools to get better and better in quickly solving such situations. It is a fast-paced role that fits high energy and agile people who like challenges.
2) What your team will look like
More than 100 people from all over the world to work with you. You will work inside the Legal & ClaimsTeam and report to our Head of Legal & Claims.
3) What you'll do
- Manage the whole insurance process for claims, from the moment they are identified to the satisfactory resolution for Convelio and our clients
- Communicate with our partners (carriers, restorers…) and our clients, and develop a strong relationship with our insurance broker
- Develop our network of restorers worldwide
- Together with the Claims & Insurance team and the Operations team, improve our processes to make claims resolution faster and smoother
- Help adjust our insurance policy based on identified day-to-day needs
- Implement Key Performance Indicators for claims and improve the day-to-day monitoring of our damages and damage typology
Desired profile
You are enrolled in a business/engineering school or you are following business oriented studies.
You have a deep interest in logistics topics. Basic knowledge of insurance / claims processes are a great bonus!
You are fluent in French & English, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are positive, curious, self-motivated and hands-on.
You are an excellent learner and you have the desire to adapt to new concepts and technologies.
You are detail-oriented, you have strong organizational skills and are disciplined in daily activity planning (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information).
