Our SaaS solutions & platforms enable us to organize the collection and analysis of relevant data, while respecting the confidentiality of travelers' information.

MISSIONS 


To accelerate our growth and meet our international development challenges in the air transport market, we are recruiting our future International Sales Manager .


This new position offers opportunities for development, including the exploration of new markets and the possibility of gradually building a sales team.


Working directly with Nabih, our founder & CEO, your main missions will be to :


  • Define, challenge and lead the sales strategy for our GOVlink Solution dedicated to private airlines (Private Jet companies...), internationally (95% of our customer base).


  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from definition of the sales pitch to signature. This implies your responsibility for actions and process implementation, from active prospecting to lead qualification and closing.


  • Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and challenges to ensure the satisfaction and development of our customer portfolio.


  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure consistency between products / clear messages / market needs, and thus participate in the continuous improvement of our solutions.


  • Identify new sales growth levers and implement actions to acquire new opportunities.


  • Achieve sales performance by defining the right objectives and KPIs. 

Desired profile



PROFILE


You have around 8/10 years' experience in sales functions, and are familiar with managing sales strategies in a Tech environment (SaaS solutions).


You also recognize yourself in the following characteristics:


  • A thorough understanding of customer needs and the ability to sell appropriate solutions
  • Knowledge of the airline industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in French and English at a bilingual level (essential).


You are driven by the challenge of conquering new markets: you are combative and autonomous.


You have excellent interpersonal skills with all types of people, you're a team player and you're motivated by the desire to share in a collective adventure!



- Position based in Sophia Antipolis (2 days a week minimum). 


- Travel: infrequent. A few international trade shows (USA and Europe) per year.
