The role

A vacancy has arisen in our Distribution Centre for a Warehouse Operative. This role is vital in delivering our goal in Luxe to deliver on time in full to our customers and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring we achieve that goal. Working with the Operations Supervisors, you will work throughout our warehouse departments, including Goods In, Despatch, Replenishment and Pick.

Key elements to your role:

·  Managing the workload coming through the department, ensuring materials are prepared in a timely manner
·  Undertaking quality checks to ensure the accuracy of work and stock files
·  Adhering to site and MHE Health and Safety rules and standards
·  Ensuring that the equipment is fit for use and functioning correctly
·  Loading or offloading vehicles as required
·  Monitoring compliance of inbound products from local / international suppliers
·  Accurate receipting of stock
·  Moving stock from storage to picking locations as required
·  Ensure good housekeeping standards

Who we're looking for
Alongside previous experience, you should be confident demonstrating all of the following:

·  Sound numeracy skills
·  Ability to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a team
·  Good Health and Safety Awareness
·  Good attention to detail
·  MHE licences are desirable but not essential, however you must be willing to train on and operate all MHE and FLT equipment

This vacancy is on the PM shift, working from Monday to Friday.
