Position Purpose

A Beauty Sales Consultant is responsible for providing an all-round excellent shopping experience that promotes customer return to the brand and location for multiple purchases while meeting and exceeding both individual and counter sales goals.

Accountabilities

· Deliverance of individual targets
· Promoting the brand and values to each customer through excellence in customer service.
· Delivering expectations on all additional Key Performance Indicators (KPI's): Hourly Productivity, Event Planning, Artistry, attendance etc.
· Maintaining a strong skill base on product knowledge.
· Abide by company uniform guidelines.

Responsibilities

To achieve personal sales goals on a daily basis through promoting the brand and ensuring excellent customer service by welcoming/approaching a customer; engaging the customer in the product/brand; building a sale; applying make-up; educating on product use/best practice and promoting client detail capture with follow up appointing.

While representing the company/brand, ensuring you are 100% engaged in the professional activity of selling and servicing the customer as well as consistently learning how to enhance one's product knowledge, artistry skills, application techniques, selling skills as well as inter-personal and customer service skills.It's imperative that this individual is positive and happy when working with customers and the team.

The Beauty Sales Consultant is to maintain the standard for Urban Decay Cosmetics.Personal grooming should include wearing Urban Decay Cosmetics and branded items, i.e., scarfs and t-shirts.It is important each individual translates the brand through their own individual expression to create the most brand relevant, positive impression for our customers.

Accountable for attendance and timely arrival on a daily basis and complete the necessary administrative duties on time.

A Beauty Sales Consultant will be a team player and always be willing to contribute to the success of the team by following direction, actively participating and meeting projected goals including but not limited to: pre-sale, clientele, product selling targets, events and overall sales revenue.

This individual is responsible for maintaining the standards and guidelines as directed by the company.

When requested attend counter and store meetings including training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

These job responsibilities are subject to change in accordance with the needs of the business.Other duties may be assigned as required.

Events

Support the Counter Manager and fellow Sales consultants with all brand events by being ‘part of the team' with a positive approach and ensuring all targets are met for the event.

Stock

Monitor stock levels daily and notify the counter manager of any opportunities / threats with the levels of individual lines.
