Job description

Key job accountabilities:

·  Responsibility for conducting end to end recruitment processes
·  Identify and head-hunt the best talents in adherence with L'Oréal's values and ethics
·  Implement and develop various sourcing solutions, with a preference for digital
·  Implement selection processes according to L'Oréal principals
·  Develop a high-quality candidate experience
·  Supply and develop the recruitment base
·  Carry out the onboarding integration process for new employees
·  Develop and promote L'Oréal's employer brand by defining a communication plan, establish solid partnerships with higher education institutions and design attractive presentation tools in order to strengthen L'Oréal's attractiveness
·  Carry out activities linked to the area of talent attraction
·  Responsibility for maintaining internal relationships with various business partners

Required Skills and Abilities:

·  At least 2-3 years of experience in similar role (in-house or agency)
·  Degree in Human Resources Management would be an asset
·  Very good customer service mindset and proactive attitude
·  Extremely strong operational, organizational & multi-tasking skills
·  Strong networking and communication skills; able to easily establish and maintain relationships with multiple business areas
·  Fluent English
·  Managing complexity skill is a must
·  Flexibility and self-motivation
