As a Sales Administration Manager you will ensure the sales cycles in coordination with commerce, marketing and other functions, manage sales force and coordinate business development processes.
Key responsibilities:
· Be responsible for business development management processes, including team management
· Manage the field force staff, providing plans, budget and salary calculations
· Ensure R2M project implementations in cooperation with ASM and TMs
· Preparation and participation in main divisional meetings (Commercial Plans, Cycle meetings, MarketCo) in order to the improve divisional business development practices
· Constant support of Soft Serve for sales force
Your Background:
· University master degree
· Experience on similar position at least 3-5 years
· Strong analytical skills // Excel advanced user
· Networking skills
· Management skills // multitasking approach
· English upper-intermediate
