As the Jr. Product Manager, your role is to contribute to continued growth of our professional skincare brands Decléor and Carita. The role reports to the Nordic Marketing Manager.
You will help build the position in the Nordic region through impactful marketing and working closely with Education, Logistics, Controlling and Sales. The role requires a commercial mindset and the ability to master both B2B and B2C marketing.
Your key job accountabilities:
· Implement the overall marketing strategies in all sales channels
· Plan and implement new launches based on international recommendations, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue through creative campaigns based on consumer knowledge and the needs of our wholesale clients
· Adapt or develop marketing material to local market (imagery, digital, point of sale)
· Guarantee the brand identity by ensuring all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand
· Mobilize and work with other departments to reach your targets (Sales, Logistics, Education, etc.) and external agencies
· Manage PPP budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy
· Help prepare sales meetings and events Your profile:
· Business graduate, preferably with a master degree in Marketing
· Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and English (spoken and written)
· You are in a similar position today
· You take responsibility and lead your projects, small as big, with enthusiasm from start to end
· You meet deadlines and prioritize your work according to them
· You keep overview and think ahead
· You work independently but understand the importance of involving several stakeholders in your work
We are looking for our Product Manager to start as soon as possible. The employment is permanent. Please notice that there may be approx. 10 annual travelling days, mainly within the Nordics.
