Internal Controls:

Ensure proper implementation of the Internal Control Framework defined by General Management to strengthen the efficiency of processes and prevent risks to which the entity is exposed, thus ensuring healthy business development:

·  Raise managers’ awareness to Internal Control Fundamentals
·  Assist managers in formalizing procedures
·  Assess proper application of procedures and quality of controls

Indirect Expense Management:

Responsible for control of indirect expenses (review and approve POs; ensure compliance to Group Norms; review spending with department heads; develop indirect expense budget and trends) and various expense reporting.

Reports to the DAF.

Section 3: Job Requirements ( Minimum number of years of experience, skills, certification, and academic background required to perform this job):

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

3-5 years’ experience in finance/controlling or external/internal audit or equivalent

Excellent communication skills with proven ability to be clear, concise and able to influence and understand their audience.

Ability to extract data and have an understanding of relational data base concepts to merge, transfer files to meaningful creation of reports
