The role:

La Roche-Posayhas an exciting role for a dedicated and passionate Medical Sales Representative to support the continued retail growth of the brand.

You will take on an existing territory, with established account base and huge development potential, whilst continuously striving to deliver Service Excellence and working with a dynamic mix of internal and external stakeholders.

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will build new and existing relationships with GP's, Dermatologists, Oncologists and Pharmacists by strengthening current relationships, as well as provide outstanding service within all sales calls to new and prospective doctors.

We are looking for anenergetic candidate to be responsible for our Victorian territory with a trip to South Australia approximately 1 week per 6 week cycle. Responsibilities:

·  Identify key prescriber in your territory. Your targets will be dermatologists as well as selected oncologists, GPs, and pharmacists
· 
Create a detailing call cycle to drive exposure, directly influence recommendations and build relationships with your prescribers

· 
Drive growth in your territory through detailing the dermatological formulations to prescriber database, resulting in recommendations into pharmacy

· 
Educate pharmacists on the formulations to directly influence recommendations

· 
Liaise with key pharmacists and the pharmacy area mangers to determine growth opportunities and implement synergies

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the below:

·  Tertiary qualifications ideally in the fields science or commerce
·  Previous experience in medical sales – GP, Specialist or Hospital
·  Demonstrated sales track record through superior influencing skills within the healthcare setting
·  Experience in the area of skin care or dermatology will be viewed favourable

You will have a dynamic personality, loads of confidence and excellent relationship building skills. We're ideally looking for sales professionals with knowledge of the category and passion for the industry with established pharmacy relationships however all strong sales backgrounds will be considered.

A competitive package will be offered to the right candidate including base salary, superannuation, company vehicle, performance-based bonus structure and fantastic company benefits.
