This program will give you the full insight and know-how about how our business really works. It is based on department (marketing, sales, supply chain, trade marketing, ect.) rotations whithin our company in order to prepare you for a successful and longterm career in L‘Oréal!
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
First, you will have a chance to experience this special one year program, which will guide you through different angles of FMCG business! And second, you will be able to learn from a Market leader!
· Sales strategy, commercial conditions with customers, listing, sales plan, promotional plan, promotional evaluation of activities, negotiation process, cooperation with sales force
· Brand marketing strategy from L’Oréal perspective
· Overview of ATL,BTL support for all brands
· New launches, relaunches, plan of changes in portfolio of products, connection to plans, budgets
· Retail marketing strategy and support of L’Oréal brands
· Category management, assortment and deepness of distribution strategy and process
· Finance, controlling, full understanding of P&L
· Supply Chain, logistics, planning, forecasting, connection to sales plan and promo database
· Reporting on behalf of different departments
WHO IS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE?

· has a strong communication and organization skills

· is native Czech or Slovak speaker
