As Launch Manager in L'Oréal Warsaw Plant, you will:

·  Coordinate New Products launches/renovations with all key international actors (Development, Packaging, Purchasing etc.)
·  Define the priorities on launches
·  Communicate production availability dates for launches to Market Supply Logistics /Brand Supply Chain and Development team
·  Ensure the availability on time of finished products, within the targeted costs
·  Manage the end of products' life cycle and of their components
·  Build and validate nomenclatures with component/raw materials supply planner.

In order to be successful in this position and together with our team, lead the change in the FMCG industry, you need:

·  Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
·  Hands-on experience in leading end-to-end projects
·  Strong analytical and organizational skills
·  Professional command of English (min. C1, both written and spoken)
·  Knowledge of MS Office environment
·  Passion for innovations
·  Can-do-attitude
·  Experience in working in an international company would be an asset
