Job description
The Consumer Product Division is the biggest division in the L'Oréal group with brands including: L'Oreal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, Ombrelle and Essie. Our Key Account Managers (KAMs) are our important members of our team and help us deliver exceptional products and service for our partners.
Under the supervision of the Team Leader, you will build the joint business plan for your account(s) while contributing to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities. You will also build accurate forecasts and achieve the account(s) targets: turnover, market share, profit. Plan all growth drivers will also be very important.
Your preparation and leadership will be required for negotiations. Building the action and implementation plan for the Division and channel strategy should always be top-of-mind.
Your Challenges:
· Ensure it execution and tracking down to store level and sell out. Suggest plan adaptation when needed.
· Act as the expert of the account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process, to ensure as much alignment as possible in the joint business plans, and a compelling story to get retailer buying in.
· Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer.
· Work closely with other departments (Supply, Category Managers, finance, marketing).
· Ensure the consistency of L'Oréal voices when speaking to the retailer.
· Connect Account key stakeholders of all functions with their L'Oréal counterpart.
· Ensure the consistency of L'Oréal voices when speaking to the retailer.
· Creatively address challenges as they arise.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
· 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership position, preferably from CPG industry
· Great interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and communication skills
· Ambitious, autonomous, responsasble individual who has great prioritazion capacities.
· Nielson, Retaillink are an asset.
