Job Description
* Create Proposal based on analysis VOC(Voice of Customer) and other data at cosmetic company to imrove service&Product * Create Report both of Japanese and English

·  Resource: VOC, Voice on SNS, Purchase data,  web related Data(Google Analytics etc.)
·  Tool: VOC system, Data mining tool, SAP, Order management system etc.
·  Monthly Report(to Top Management, Division Managers),  Various report by brand needs * Share the info and proposal to all kinds of stake holder(management, brand manager, marketing manager) at meeting. * Facilitator of meeting, project
 Must Have Aspects

* Minimum 3 years experience in customer voice deal/ analysis experience (including marketing purpose) * Minimum 2 years experience in cosmetic business included B to C business * Microsoft MS Application, Excel, Access, Power Point Skill at least Intermediate Level * Japanese native speaker * English Skill

Preferred Qualification

* Experience for statistical analysis  * Experience at Cosmetic Company * Experience at Contact Center * SNS monitoring tool
