Job description

Objective of Internship:

To assist the brand at its development hub team for Asian market, and to gain experiences and knowledge of brand strategic marekting and product development marketing at global international brand with strong make-up existence in the market

Job Description:

-Daily assistance to the project managers

-Help to follow the packaging & artwork design with the design agencies

-Keep competitor update from Japan and Asian markets, analysis of the start products & recent launches

-Dig into the consumer needs and insights to find new business opportunities

-Learn how to write innovative & competitve concepts

-Develop visual directions and brief for each project

-Participate to the organization of qualitative & quantitative tests in collaboration with the research team

-After 3 months in the team, this intern person will be a part of actual development project that she/he will be eavluated on

Requirement:

-Bachelor's degree holder, grandes echoles programs or MBA in school or just gradated,

Having studied in Business or Marketing

※If you are still an undergraduate student and need the working visa in Japan, your university must prove, by document, your internship is necessary for your school credit or graduation. Please check with your school administrator on your eligibility before applying. (the length of this internship is 6 months and it is full time paid internship)

-Communication and assertive skills

-Passion for beauty & fashion or art, branding business and make-up / colors,

Creative, curious, sensible for those aspects

- English fluency is compulsory to communicate with New York or Paris

- Mandarine or Japanese fluency will be ideal

-Familiar with Japanese or Asian consumer market and trend

-Logical and analytical with figures

-Strong computor skill, including basic edit skills such as photoshop

-Flexible, self-learner, self-motivator, self-discipline and willing to take challenge
