About the Role:

Based within the International IT Department in our Littlehampton (West Sussex) Head office you will be an integral part of the Service Desk Team providing bilingual first line IT Support to our UK and Spanish-speaking stores and our UK and EMEA corporate offices in line with agreed KPI's.

A day in the life:

·  Answering and recording support calls and emails and offering workable solutions in native tongue for relevant customer location
·  Providing customer support for all supported hardware and software issues including problem solving, installation/implementation and guidance
·  Supporting the line management with ad-hoc project work in relevant International and EMEA office, store and franchisee locations
·  Ensuring consistency in the handling, recording and tracking of all issues, requests and enquiries from International, EMEA and all market locations in line with agreed KPIs
·  Working with third party suppliers
·  Documenting standards, processes and procedures for operational use of the IT Service Desk, ensuring close alignment with other International IT teams
·  Working with key stakeholders in the International and EMEA markets to secure excellent communication and a professional standard of service
·  Performing deployment related tasks and build activities as required to ensure the smooth opening of the stores from an IT perspective

Do you fit the bill?

·  Do you speak Spanish to Business level?
·  Do you have experience of providing first line support to customers?
·  Can you demonstrate strong technical ability in maintaining and diagnosing issues with PC technologies, peripherals, applications and networks?
·  Are you happy towork a shift pattern between 8am – 6pm, and a rota that includes weekend work?
·  Can you show strong customer service skills?
·  Do you have great attention to detail with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability?
·  Can you demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft based technologies, PC based technologies and peripherals?
·  Do you have a broad understanding of Networks?
·  Do you have a good knowledge of a Call Logging System?
·  Have you worked with vendors and 3rd party service providers?
·  Are you a good communicator verbally and written, with good ability to produce process and procedure documentation?
·  Are you self-motivated and process driven, with experience of working in a fast moving and high-pressured environment?
