Global Marketing Intern

LOCATION: Redmond, WA, USA

Summary:

The Marketing Intern within Brand Marketing team will be responsible with assisting the team with day-to-day tasks such as the creation of business presentations, data analysis, tradeshow logistics, sales material creation, etc. This position will enable the explorer the ability to work within many different marketing functions to help grow their skillset and determine where their talents can be best utilized.

·  Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competition, and integrate the key findings to product launches.
·  Ability to ideate & brainstorm product concepts, communication concepts individually & within a larger group setting
·  Create visual moodboards / settings for specific product campaigns / promotions
·  Create PRI Cheat Sheet that gives a financial overview of finished good product/component costs
·  Create/Update Magellan or NIF Brief
·  Create/Update Bill Of Materials (BOMs)
·  Create/Revise Marketing Book
·  Gather codes, SKUs, COGs and transfer prices for Logibook by partnering with cross functional teams

Qualifications:

·  Detail oriented, quick learner, self-starter, technologically savvy
·  Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
·  Strong knowledge and skillset within Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
·  Passionate interest in beauty
·  Strong curiosity & desire to develop ideas / concepts both visually & written
·  Solid presentation skills
·  Robust analytical skills for data analysis
·  Ability to work / communicate with multiple departments (sales, finance, marketing, etc.)
·  Willing to learn a variety of skills within the organization; specifically within the professional division
·  Reliable, confident, secure and outgoing
·  Degree in Marketing, Public Relations and or Communications
·  Availability to work 1 year as an Intern in a typical 40 hour work week
