We are therefore looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual who will join our HR operations team located in St-Laurent. The ideal candidate will be able to position itself as a true business partner with the operations & supply chain, quality assurance and information technology teams.
You will…
· Accompany HRD in career management and succession planning to develop the motivation and engagement of our talented employees to strengthen their retention
· Accompany and advise internal clients in the transformation of business needs into HR needs and projects;
· Anticipate and support the needs of operational staff and organizational changes;
· Accompany employees in all HR matters;
· Spot talents where they are using appropriate social networks such as LinkedIn recruiter, facebook, instagram and other social media as needed;
· Maintain authentic relationships with potential candidates, whether they are actively or passively looking!
· Develop innovative programs in developing partnerships with universities;
· Manage the budget and plan training needs for operations & supply chain
· Collaborate closely with other HR partners in setting up various business games and the internship program;
You have…
· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources
· 3 to 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist
· Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
· Member of the CHRP order (an asset)
· Proficient french and english communication skills (written and verbal)

· Membre de l'ordre des CRHA (un atout)
