Key Responsibilities

Global Raw Material Vendor Supply Chain Coordinator - Scope is worldwide and all Divisions.

You will be representing L’Oréal Supply Chain at Corporate Level towards our RM Vendors, driving fundamentals, performance (scorecards) building strong projects and partnership with them and L’Oréal teams.

You will animate the Supply Chain RM Community in L’Oréal.

Reports to the Head of Manufacturing Supply Chain Corporate

Detailed missions

Build an Agile & Collaborative Supply Chain in partnership with our Suppliers and L’Oréal teams.

Bring agility and efficiency to the L’Oréal Supply Chain and optimize the costs.

Be the Supply Chain key contact at a Corporate level for our Suppliers. Scope is worldwide and all Divisions.

Define Norms and General terms for the activity (example: Supply Chain General Terms, Supply Chain Specifications, KPI Definitions, and Scorecards etc.)

Document and communicate widely this frame to L’Oréal teams and Suppliers.

Maintain it over time, making it evolve through time and transformations expected.

Animate the L’Oréal Community of the domain: Supply Chain Teams in plants, Zone Supply Chain Coordinators etc. involving also key internal partners like Sourcing Center, Standard and Prospective, Manufacturing Excellence etc.

Ensure that each plant works with the suppliers on the priorities defined by the Group and support the plants in this task.

Consolidate Supply Chain KPI at Corporate Level.

Animate these KPI results with L’Oréal Teams and the Suppliers, in deep partnership with the Sourcing Center.

Ensure that concrete action plans are in place both to tackle identified issues but also to improve sustainably the performance.

Animate the Supply Chain Performance with our Suppliers and lead or support transformation Supply Chain Projects in partnership with L’Oréal teams and our Suppliers.

Be leader in innovative proposition to strengthen our Supply Chain relationship with our suppliers and our Supply Chain performance.

Participate in breakthrough projects leading to being more synchronic and more S&OP focused.

Give punctual support to Operational teams in certain circumstances: crisis with a Supplier, punctual Task Force, role of consulting etc.

Support the rest of the S&OP Team on their Projects / Changes Management.
