eMerchandiser
As eMerchandiser you will support the eCommerce Trading Managers to deliver best in class, premium eCommerce destinations which provide on-brand, immersive user journeys for our customers to buy our products direct, whilst being cost efficient and remaining highly competitive within the market.
You will:
·Support the eCommerce Trading Managers to deliver the online trading strategies for all sites
·Manage the marketing and promotional calendars for the Luxe digital team
·Work closely with the brand marketing teams to ensure site content and campaigns are always up to date and delivered on time
·Manage the product catalogue, categorisation and sorting rules for all Luxe sites
·Ensure onsite merchandising is updated and optimised on all Luxe sites
·Be responsible for ensuring onsite promotional activity runs on time and is tested prior to launch
·Support Digital Project Manager in all Luxe site releases, new site launches and ecommerce projects when required
·Communicate and update the Distribution Centre on all promotional activity weekly and be the key relationship point with the DC team
·Manage eCommerce samples for all brands
·Provide weekly reporting, analysis and insights on product performance for all sites
·Manage day to day online merchandising via the webmastering agency (Datawords)
·Work closely with Webmastering agency and EMEA Business & IT teams to develop a basic technical knowledge of Demandware and how the backend of the website functions
Reporting into the eCommerce Trading Manager the key qualities and skills required are:
·Highly organised together with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a changing environment
·Creative thinker with a track record in providing solutions to business problems
·Exceptional attention to detail
·Proven project management experience
·Excellent IT skills, including a knowledge of a range of software packages
·Highly personable with the ability to engage multiple business stakeholders
