What are key highlights of this role?
You will deliver all Academy-based education courses for Colour and Retail programmes to stylists from our salon partners across the country. Your role is fundamental to the growth of our business partners through the upskilling of their stylists on Education courses.Extensive knowledge and experience of colour is of course an absolute essential requirement to the role as we need someone who can come in and hit the ground running – but we also need you to engage and inspire our Redken tribe!
What will I be measured on?
ACADEMY PROGRAMME
Deliver all academy based non artists courses Colour & retail programmes
ACCESS & DIGITAL CONTENT CREATION
Planning and executing creation of digital content for Access
NATACCS PROGRAMME
Supporting the National Accounts education programme for Rush, Headmasters, Essensuals
RCH TRIBE PROGRAMME
Overseeing the Redken colour training programme (RCH) and manage the new product development preview strategy & annual congress event
BESPOKE CONVERSION
Carrying out bespoke top customers conversion brand introductions in line with brand requirements
TECHNICAL INDUCTION
Planning and implementing the induction training for all new Technical Educators
SALES INDUCTION
Carrying out technical training for all new Redken sales team members to a consistently high standard
What skills and behaviours are we looking for?

· You keep yourself up to the minute with current trends, commercial and brand awareness
· Exceptional confidence – you will be standing up in front of a room of professionals and presenting every day in this role!
· Strong communication skills at all levels – including diplomacy and patience

· The ability to work in an ever changing & demanding environment
On occasions you may be required to stay away from home, and may be required to travel on a Sunday evening for big events. Flexibility and the ability to consistently meet and maintain high standards are crucial.
Preferred qualifications/experience:
· Experience in delivering Education Workshops, Presentations and Classes
· NVQ Level 2 & 3
· Extensive knowledge and experience of colour
· Technical competence and cutting competence
· Experience of building relationships with clients
· Experienced in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
· Passion for the haircare/ skin care industry
