What are my key accountabilities?

To support the efficient running of our world-class London Academy by ensuring our clients and customers have an enjoyable and professional experience.

·  You will support with forecasting, planning and booking for models to support the education classes run in the London Academy
·  You will demonstrate best practice for record keeping and professional safety measures for the model database
·  You will report into the Team Leader and collaborate with Academy team to modernise and continue to develop the model database so it is flexible to the needs of the business
·  You will be a customer and client facing presence in the Academy for all events and arrivals
·  You will build relationships with PPD Technical teams
·  You will be friendly and approachable and proactively build your knowledge and relationships with the model bank
·  You will work with the Academy Team Leader to plan and execute events in the London Academy

Preferred qualifications/experience:

·  Previous administrative experience in a busy and demanding environment
·  Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel & Outlook, in particular experience of navigating databases and reporting using Excel
·  Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal
·  Excellent organisation and timekeeping
·  Basic knowledge of using Social Media channels
·  Demonstrable understanding and/or interest in hairdressing/beauty
