Urban Decay is seeking a eRetail Manager to join our team in Newport Beach, CA.

Job Summary

Responsible for working with online retailer accounts to maintain the Urban Decay presence and revenue online through our partners.  The strategy, planning, and execution of product information, online advertising and promotions for continued growth of the Urban Decay products on their sites.  This includes the planning of content calendars around each retailer’s schedule, working to obtain assets, and maintaining the product assortment on the retailer sites.

Job Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related.
·  3-5 years of experience in web production for eCommerce a plus.
·  Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
·  Attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving.
·  Ability to work in a team and to communicate in a clear way.
·  Strong knowledge of current web design trends and techniques, and a strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design.

Judgment and Decision Making

This position will be responsible for expanding the presence of Urban Decay brand on third party websites.  This role will require a balance of interpersonal skills and detail orientation.  This role will require constant interaction with third party sales partners on behalf of Urban Decay and L’Oreal.  Interpersonal skills will be required to coordinate work with multiple internal sales departments.  Detail orientation and organization will be required to maintain the quality of our products on 3 rd party websites.  With the requirement to manage multiple brands, this role will also require time management, and prioritization skills.  It will require moderate supervision to maintain a proper corporate direction.
