JOB SUMMARY

Talent Acquisition today is more of a marketing job that ever before - creating and sharing stories about our company and our employees that appeal and engage the talent we need while developing best-in-class experiences so our candidates can #humblebrag. Our L'Oréal USA Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced Director to lead and enable employer branding initiatives for Talent Acquisitions and our partners, as well be the lead recruiter for early career talent for marketing (undergraduate and MBA).

RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Manage the recruitment marketing lifecycle for early career talent: (1) localize our global employee value proposition (EVP) for a US audience; (2) define our message and understanding our audiences / target populations; (3) communicate our message -- develop content, campaigns and coordinate events on-campus and off; and (4) establish and evaluate KPIs for the effectiveness of our recruitment marketing and experiences.
·  Become the subject matter expert for L'Oreal USA on undergraduate and MBA recruitment for marketing talent, delivering a high quality talent pipeline for marketing summer internships and full-time hires.
·  Manage relationships with strategic partners like The Consortium in addition to professors and administrators at universities.
·  Lead and enable employer branding activities including but not limited to social media campaigns, webinars and seminars, case study development, industry conference/organization activations, etc.
·  Partner closely with corporate communications, global employer branding, human resources, and diversity and inclusion teams on broader employer reputation initiatives.
·  Manage digital engagement activities including SEO/SEM, video creation/distribution, job posting/targeting strategy, blogs, e-newsletters, etc.
·  Develop a strong ambassador program from our marketing function with high employee satisfaction.
·  Manage new vendor evaluation and assessment, contract negotiation to enhance ongoing value for our company, as well as ongoing vendor relationship management.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Bachelor's Degree and minimum 7 years professional experience. Master's degree preferred.
·  At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing / branding strategies across multiple channels, with a strong focus on digital, social media, and experiential. Recruitment marketing experience a big plus.
·  Strong collaborator, communicator, advocate and partner who can influence at all levels within a matrix and global environment.
·  Excellent project manager with proven history of leading independently and managing cross-functional teams
·  Strategic thinker who asks the right questions to find the optimal solutions.
·  A creative plus analytical mindset who brings a sense of curiosity to everything they do.
·  Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time during the recruitment season
·  General knowledge of recruitment fundamentals, familiarity with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or candidate/customer relationship management system (CRM) a plus.
