Digital Marketing Trainee (m/f)

Location: Belgrade

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· 
Handling partner agencies which are responsible for websites updates

· 
Testing new website features

· 
Executing digital strategy

· 
Managing content for websites

· 
In coordination with the digital team from Paris

· 
Helping marketing team to create proper digital campaign

· 
Analysis of competitors digital communication

· 
Analysis of campaign performance (KPI from Google Analytics and Facebook Insights)

· 
Supervising GDPR processes in digital communication

· 
Responsible for digital budget overview

· 
Collaboration with E-commerce team, marketing tea

· 
Together with digital manager working on special digital projects


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:



·  Has University degree (preferably in Digital communication or Marketing), or apsolvent student
· 
Minimum 1 year of professional experience

· 
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word

· 
Very good analytical & creative skills

· 
Persistence (is a must for this position)

· 
Strong capability to deal with agency on a daily level

· 
Good organizational skills, structured and communicative person

· 
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and capability to motivate and mobilize others required

·  Native in Serbian; fluent in English
