Digital Asset Manager / Website specialist for Consumer Product Division
The position reports into Digital Manager of the Consumer Product Division. Digital Asset Manager is responsible for front-end execution of the company websites, and their evolution in alignment with the department's objectives and the company's strategic initiatives for growth & retention.He is the expert on everything around design, site maintenance, website audits, Google Analytics, SEO and User Experience.
The main accountabilities of this position are the following:
· To overlook the day-to-day operation, optimize and update the L'Oréal websites with a KPI mindset
·
Update the website / APPs: create new product information sheets, designer parts, reference articles, images, videos etc.
·
Develop new functionality to make the website / APPs more user-friendly, improve the browsing experience, ergonomics, navigation, UX/UI etc.
·
Optimize natural listing for the site through page coding, SEO etc.
·
Improve the website performance: track data, recommend action plans, etc.
·
Watch for and identify existing and new relevant website modules in line with brands' communication objectives
·
Work closely with internal and external content managers, editors, designers, developers, to ensure sites are up to date and align with the brand strategy
·
Responsible for complete localization of international websites
·
Ongoing updating of the websites with product information and editorial content
·
Work closely with Marketing, PR and Commercial Teams in order to increase traffic and engagement
·
Work closely and co-ordinate International Digital Teams and Media Agencies in order to increase traffic and engagement
·
Set KPI benchmarks for all channels from analytics and competitive analysis
·
Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities
·
Owned platforms excellence (tagging, SEO, branding, UI)
·
Oversee the implementation of CRM strategy and data management
·
Support E-Commerce by providing adapted content and ensuring the best asset management
·
Reporting in a regular basis in order to provide insights to internal teams

Sitecore CMS proven experience will be considered an important asset
Job Requirements :
·
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, digital marketing or a related field
·
2-3 years of proven experience
·
Understanding of collect/package assets (i.e., fonts, images)
·
General knowledge of photography, illustration, audio, and video software
·
Good general knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as Microsoft Excel and Photoshop
·
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize, work with competing deadlines, and ability to adapt to change is required
·
Ability to interface with all levels of management and a wide spectrum of support personnel
·
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal partners and vendors
·
Advanced Knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS design, Sitecore, CRM platforms, support Ticketing platforms, search engine optimization and Google Analytics
