Job description

Key Tasks

1. Customer Service

· Professional standards, achieving sales targets, correct use of procedure, high personal standards.

· Customer approach.

2. Product and Brand Knowledge

· Range, availability, suitability, product quality, features and benefits.

· Ethos of the Brand (s)

3. Awareness of vour business

· Sales Previews, mailing lists, special discounts, customer special orders etc, new product launches etc

Loss Prevention

· Theft, vigilance, preventative action, company systems and procedures, till point security, lack of stock, proper use of Company property etc.

5. Counter Presentation

· Visual Merchandising, Housekeeping standards on sales floor and backstage beauty room.

6. Administration

· Till procedures, stock counts, stock transfers, stock ticketing, reporting paperwork etc.

7. Training and Communication

· Your own development, training new staff, communication with the salon manager and colleagues, correct use of telephone, self-motivation, and teamwork.

8. Legal Obligations

· Health and safety obligations, fire precautions, observing customers rights, awareness of salon beauty obligations etc

10. Personal Presentation

· Excellent grooming standards at all times.

11. Events Planning

· Either on own department or salon activity

12. Other duties

· As and when required
