Your Challenge:

The CPFR Analyst ensures L'Oreal products are on the client's shelves when the consumers need them and to do so in the most effective and cost efficient manner. He needs to establish a personalized and strong relationship with his clients as well as our internal Supply chain and sales teams. This position is located out of our Toronto Office.

Proactively ensure order processing and follow-up until the delivery.Monitor and analyze critical KPI’s that drive store level inventory performance: In-stocks, fill rate, on-time delivery and forecast variances.Lead meetings/calls with clients to review future promotional schedules and supporting inventory strategies, upcoming modular changes, current issues, and other category initiatives

Able to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with customer to influence their decision making when appropriate.Able to create and drive solutions for the customer.Must be self-directed and be able to independently drive organizational directives.Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.Ability to react positively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment

Your profile

·  Bachelor's Degree
·  Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience
·  Customer Focus
·  Problem solving, infulencing and negotiating
·  Experience with Wal-Mart, Shoppers or Loblaws
