Job Summary
The Coordinator, Digital Marketing will oversee the appearance of Kiehl’s Since 1851 on all retailer.com accounts, focusing specifically on copy / asset optimization. His/her mission will be to elevate Kiehl’s current and future product pages and brand pages as best in class VS competition. Key metrics to track the impact and results of the role will be sales conversion. The Coordinator, Digital Marketing will be in constant contact with Kiehl’s DMI and marketing teams to communicate the needs of the retailers. They will also liaise consistently with all retailers to ensure that all Kiehl’s product pages set the bar for “best in class” and conversion. Strong emphasis is placed on communication among multiple stakeholders via email, phone and in-person meetings with individuals and groups throughout the Kiehl’s and L’Oreal organizations. He/she will also be involved in various projects and tasks to support the aggressive sales ambition of the Kiehl’s brand. At a macro-level, the coordinator, Digital Marketing will support the Digital Marketing mission in achieving their sales plan for the year.
Job Requirements:
· BS/BA degree in Marketing.
· Minimum of 2 years in Marketing, Sales Planning or similar function.
· Must demonstrate strong knowledge in technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of MS Office is a plus
· Must demonstrate knowledge with digital assets (images/copy) management
· Must demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
· Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy
· Must demonstrate ability to negotiate with positive outcomes for the organization
· Must be able to identify and drive new or improved processes and structure
· Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability
· Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
· Strong experience in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Judgment and Decision Making:
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day asset management planning, delivering & auditing for all retailer.com sites. Strong emphasis will be placed on sharing with the marketing team and the DMI asset (copy/product visuals) needs in order to create best in class product pages and assets. Impact of decisions & communication will be highly visible, so strong decision making and communication skills are necessary. Role will be supervised closely by AVP, Digital, to ensure alignment of communication to various stakeholders.
