collaborative planning forecasting replenishment

Job description

         Develop deep Walmart knowledge on supply rules and policies.

·         Report and control logistics KPIs (In stock, Forecast accuracy, Fill rate, On time, OTIF, DOH, others) at hub level.

·         Interact on daily basis with Walmart’s sales, supply & field team and create a collaborative forecasting environment to develop business building accuracy.

·         Coordinate and consolidate Walmart’s countries forecasts and integrate in L’Oreal hub forecast.

·         Analyze the total sales forecasts based on all available facts and figures (baseline, promotions and launches mainly)  to identify potential gaps.

·         Focus on replenishment, contact Walmart’s replenishment team and make recommendations.

·         Generate actions for over-inventory items and analyze Walmart’s purchase orders (if the quantity is correct and according with replenishment parameters)

·         Coordinate store checks on your visits to the countries, compare with standards and develop action plans.
